About The Position
Crew Members deliver great and friendly guest experiences by preparing products according to operational and quality standards and serving them enthusiastically in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guest needs and encourage guests to return. The role includes guest service, resolving guest issues, following brand standards and food-safety practices, maintaining a clean work environment, handling point-of-sale transactions, and preparing and delivering products according to brand standards. This Dunkin' restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. If hired, the franchisee will be the employee's employer and is responsible for its own wage and benefit programs.
Requirements

Responsibilities

- Prepare products according to operational, quality, and brand standards.

- Provide guest service and resolve guest issues and concerns using the brand-recommended recovery process.
- Follow brand standards, recipes, systems, safety, food-safety, and sanitation guidelines, and applicable laws.
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and payments accurately.
- Prepare and deliver products according to brand standards.
- Communicate with team members, respond positively to coaching and feedback, and contribute to team performance.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems, using available information and involving others when necessary.
- Maintain respectful, honest, and committed relationships with guests and team members.
