About The Position

Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back. This restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee, which would be the employee’s employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

Fluent in English.
Basic computer skills.
Able to count money and make change.
Able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
Work well with and interact respectfully with others.
Follow Brand standards, recipes, systems, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly guest experiences and provide guest service.
Resolve guest issues and concerns using the Brand-recommended guest recovery process.
Prepare and deliver products according to Brand standards, recipes, systems, and quality standards.
Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and applicable laws.
Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
Handle point-of-sale transactions and payments accurately.
Work respectfully and communicate with team members to meet guest needs and support team performance.
Respond positively to coaching and feedback and learn and execute multiple tasks.
