About The Position
Crew Members deliver friendly guest experiences by preparing products according to operational and quality standards and serving them enthusiastically in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and encourage them to return. The position involves guest service, preparing and delivering products to Brand standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, handling point-of-sale transactions accurately, and following recipes, systems, and food safety requirements. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee, which will be the employee’s employer if hired.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to count money and make change.
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
- Ability to work well with others respectfully, communicate with team members, and respond positively to coaching and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly guest experiences and resolve guest issues or concerns.
- Prepare and deliver products according to Brand standards, recipes, and operational and quality standards.
- Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and applicable laws.
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and payments accurately.
- Work respectfully with team members, communicate with them, and contribute to team performance.
- Follow the Brand-recommended guest recovery process and seek ways to improve guest satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed goals and maintain high standards for self and others.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems, making decisions using available information and involving others when necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests and team members; act with integrity, honesty, and respect, and keep commitments.
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback and learn and execute multiple tasks.
