About The Position

Crew Members deliver friendly guest experiences by preparing products according to operational and quality standards and serving them enthusiastically in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and encourage them to return.

The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin’ franchisee. If hired, the franchisee—not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates—will be the employee’s employer and will determine its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to count money and make change.
• Ability to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
• Able to work well and interact respectfully with others.
• Able to communicate with team members and respond positively to coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Follow brand standards, recipes, operating systems, and marketing initiatives.
• Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and applicable laws.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and payments accurately.
• Prepare and deliver products according to brand standards.
• Communicate and work respectfully with team members.
