About The Position

Biocair is seeking a Driver to collect and deliver important, time-sensitive shipments for the life sciences industry. The role transports a select number of temperature-sensitive consignments, including medicines and patient samples, safely, carefully, and on time while providing excellent customer care. Drivers work independently while collaborating with colleagues in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The position also involves preparing and packing specialist materials, maintaining compliant shipment documentation and processes, carrying out vehicle checks, and keeping temperature-controlled storage and warehouse areas organised. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 18:00. It is fully onsite at Biocair's Boston office in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Requirements

• Professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality customer service.
• A flexible, proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in transport, courier, logistics, or freight forwarding environments.
• Valid US driver's licence held for at least two years.
• Fewer than two moving violations within the last 24 months.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must have the right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare and research shipments safely, on time, and with care.
• Prepare and pack temperature-sensitive and specialist materials to required quality standards.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and build trusted customer relationships.
• Ensure shipments, documentation, and processes meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Carry out vehicle checks and help keep the fleet safe, clean, and ready to use.
• Maintain organised, temperature-controlled storage and warehouse environments.
• Follow safe working practices and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with colleagues to solve problems, support customers, and continuously improve work practices.
