About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Driver to operate company vehicles and deliver products to customers while providing world-class service. Drivers load and unload trucks, help ensure products arrive undamaged, and work with teammates to support successful branch operations. The position uses in-vehicle dash cameras to support job performance and the safety of drivers, coworkers, and the public. Cameras must not be obstructed or interfered with and must remain on during working time; they may be turned off during off-duty time.

Drivers follow applicable transportation regulations and SiteOne safety and security protocols. The work also includes lifting and managing heavy objects, working in hot and cold weather, maintaining entrusted property, and helping keep the store clean and performing other general duties when not driving. Drivers partner with branch leadership to learn and implement new technologies and ways of working.

The role requires a valid state driver’s license, the ability to maintain daily records, and the ability to perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Driving experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred. Conversational English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., stretching, and reaching below the waist and above the head.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Electric pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for deliveries.
• Make deliveries and ensure products arrive undamaged.

• Perform job duties within safety guidelines, including lifting and managing heavy objects and working in hot and cold weather.
• Maintain and protect entrusted property.

• Assist with store cleanliness and other general duties when not driving.
• Keep in-vehicle dash cameras unobstructed and operating during working time, and follow SiteOne safety and security protocols.
