About The Position

The Driver Recruiter recruits prospective drivers by sharing information about the job, following up with leads, and managing applicants through the hiring process. The role is based in North Little Rock or Russellville, Arkansas, and individuals may work remotely. Remote employees must clock in and out for the workday and lunch, notify management if away from their workstation for more than a 15-minute break or 60-minute lunch, and remain active and accessible through Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DOT requirements, company policies, and FMCSA codes; on-the-job training can be provided.
• Organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow directions closely and pay attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
• High adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective new hires by sharing pertinent job information and following up with leads daily.
• Make and take a high volume of calls.
• Use applicant tracking software to monitor applicants.
• Screen and prequalify applicants using reports.
• Schedule and confirm applicants.
• Meet key performance indicators and quotas, including number of hires, weekly talk time, and number of calls.
