DRAM Pathfinding & Process Integration Engineer

Micron Technology•Albany, NY
•$159,000 - $271,000•Onsite

About The Position

Join Micron Technology’s DRAM Technology Development team at the NY CREATES Albany NanoTech Complex to investigate and integrate technologies for next-generation DRAM architectures. The role leads early-phase technology investigations, defines structural, electrical, and manufacturability requirements, and translates them into coordinated process solutions. In collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, research institutions, and Micron’s global development teams, the engineer evaluates technology options, accelerates learning, and reduces technical risk before concepts enter formal development programs. The work includes advanced process integration, High-NA EUV and sophisticated patterning, data analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve engineering learning and technology decisions. The position also supports collaboration with NY CREATES and strategic ecosystem partners, and the transfer of successful pathfinding concepts into technology development and production.
