About The Position

The Door Butler provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfill guest needs before arrival, during check-in, throughout the stay, and upon departure, working in partnership with other hotel departments. The role coordinates Butler Valets and verifies that departments supporting Butler services are equipped to meet guest needs. Door Butlers build rapport with guests, anticipate needs proactively, and act on those needs where possible.

As part of St. Regis’s Butler program, the role represents the brand’s high-touch, personalized, creative service and serves as an ambassador of modern luxury. Success requires a passion for service, uncompromising standards, the ability to anticipate guest needs, and strong interpersonal skills.

Team members are expected to maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. The work involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of related work experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Passion for service, uncompromising standards, ability to anticipate needs, and impeccable interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
