About The Position

The Butler provides bespoke experiences and services to meet guest needs before arrival, at check-in, throughout the stay, and upon departure, partnering with other hotel departments. The role coordinates Butler Valets and verifies that departments supporting Butler services are equipped to meet guest needs. Butlers build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and act on them where possible. The position calls for a strong passion for service, uncompromising standards, anticipation, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Butlers are expected to maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniforms, appearance, and communications. The role involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on work that may include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of related work experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
