About The Position

The Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at a retail center or stand-alone donation center. The associate greets customers promptly and courteously, answers product questions as needed, and helps unload donations from vehicles or other areas. Donated items must be handled with care and sorted into appropriate bins or production areas. Donation hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at donation centers; store donation hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The position pays $20.34 per hour.
