About The Position

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers to make frequent deliveries while providing customer service. Drivers typically complete 3–4 deliveries per hour. The role pays a $10 per hour base rate, plus tips and mileage reimbursement; advertised total earnings are $20–$28 per hour including hourly pay, tips, and mileage. No experience is needed, and paid training is provided. Tips and mileage are paid at the end of each shift. The posting also offers paid time off and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and have at least two years of licensed driving history.
Hold a current, valid U.S. driver's license.
Pass a motor vehicle record check; have no more than two moving violations in the past three years and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
Have a reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle with current registration, capable of frequent short trips.
Provide proof of current liability auto insurance with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
Pass a criminal background check.
Be eligible to work in the U.S.
Be available for the shifts the store needs, especially nights and weekends.
Be able to lift and carry 25–50 pounds repeatedly; stand and walk for extended periods; climb stairs; work in heat, rain, and cold; and bend, reach, and move quickly.
Have basic math skills for cash handling, smartphone proficiency for navigation and order apps, and the ability to read maps or GPS and follow written and verbal instructions.
Have strong customer-service and communication skills and be able to multitask and work under pressure.
