About The Position

Domino's is hiring full-time delivery drivers to make frequent deliveries and provide customer service. Drivers typically make 3–4 deliveries per hour. The role pays a $10 hourly base rate plus tips and mileage reimbursement, with advertised total earnings of $20–$28 per hour. Tips and mileage are paid in cash nightly, and credit card tips are paid at the end of each shift. No experience is needed, and paid training is provided. Drivers must be available for nights and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with at least 2 years of licensed driving history.
• Current valid U.S. driver's license.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
• Reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle with current registration, capable of frequent short trips; 50–100+ miles per shift may be possible.
• Proof of current liability insurance with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 pounds repeatedly; stand and walk for extended periods; climb stairs; work in varying weather; bend, reach, and move quickly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling; ability to read maps/GPS and follow written and verbal instructions; smartphone proficiency for navigation and order apps; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and available for required shifts, especially evenings and weekends.
