About The Position

Domino's is hiring a delivery driver to make frequent deliveries while providing customer service. Drivers typically make 3–4 deliveries per hour and may drive 50–100+ miles per shift. The advertised earnings are $20–$28 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage; base pay is $10 per hour, with mileage and tips added. Tips and mileage are paid at the end of each shift. No prior experience is needed, and paid training is provided. The role offers paid time off for every employee and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have at least two years of licensed driving history.
Have a current, valid U.S. driver's license.
Have a safe driving record and pass an MVR check; no more than two moving violations in the past three years, and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
Have a reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle suitable for frequent short trips, with current registration.
Provide proof of current liability insurance with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
Pass a criminal background check.
Be able to repeatedly lift and carry 25–50 pounds; stand and walk for extended periods; climb stairs; work in heat, rain, and cold; bend, reach, and move quickly.
Have basic math skills for cash handling.
Be able to read maps or GPS and follow written and verbal instructions.
Be proficient with a smartphone for navigation and order apps.
Have strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for the store's needed shifts, especially evenings and weekends.
