About The Position

Domino's is hiring full-time delivery drivers to make frequent deliveries and provide customer service. Drivers earn a stated total of $20–$28 per hour from hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with a starting base pay of $10 per hour. Tips and mileage are paid in cash nightly, and credit card tips are paid at the end of each shift. No experience is needed, and paid training is provided. The posting also offers paid time off for every employee and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days. Drivers should expect limited downtime, with approximately three to four deliveries per hour throughout the day. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have at least two years of licensed driving history.
Hold a current, valid U.S. driver's license.
Pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; have no more than two moving violations in the past three years and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
Have a reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle with current registration, capable of frequent short trips; the posting notes that 50–100+ miles per shift may be possible.
Provide proof of current liability auto insurance with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
Pass a criminal background check.
Be able to lift and carry 25–50 pounds repeatedly, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, work in varying weather, and bend, reach, and move quickly.
Have basic math skills for cash handling, smartphone proficiency, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to read maps/GPS, follow instructions, multitask, and work under pressure.
Be eligible to work in the U.S.
Be available for required shifts, especially evenings and weekends.
