About The Position

Domino's is seeking full-time delivery drivers to make frequent deliveries and provide customer service. Drivers take approximately 3–4 deliveries per hour. The role offers a starting base pay of $10 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement, with stated total earnings of $20–$28 per hour. Tips and mileage are paid in cash nightly, and cash and credit-card tips are paid at the end of each shift. No prior experience is needed, and paid training is provided. Drivers must be available for nights and weekends and use a reliable personal vehicle for deliveries.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and have at least two years of licensed driving history.
• Have a current, valid U.S. driver's license.
• Pass a motor vehicle record check; have no more than two moving violations in the past three years and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
• Have a reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle with current registration, capable of frequent short trips.
• Provide proof of current liability auto insurance with the applicant named as an insured driver.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Be able to repeatedly lift and carry 25–50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, work in varying weather, bend, reach, and move quickly.
• Have basic math skills for cash handling, be able to read maps or GPS and follow instructions, and be proficient with a smartphone.
• Have strong customer service and communication skills and be able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for shifts needed by the store, especially evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
