About The Position

Join the Domino’s team as a delivery driver. Drivers earn a stated total of $20–$28 per hour including base pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Base pay starts at $10 per hour. The role includes paid training, nightly payment of tips and mileage, paid time off for every employee, and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days. Drivers typically complete three to four deliveries per hour. Full-time drivers must be available nights and weekends.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
At least two years of licensed driving history.
Current, valid U.S. driver’s license.
Safe driving record and must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; no more than two moving violations in the past three years, and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
Reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle with current registration.
Proof of current liability auto insurance with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Ability to lift and carry 25–50 pounds repeatedly; stand and walk for extended periods; climb stairs; work in heat, rain, and cold; bend, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
Ability to read maps or GPS and follow written and verbal instructions.
Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order apps.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Eligible to work in the U.S. and available for the store’s required shifts, especially evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer orders, typically completing three to four deliveries per hour.
Provide customer service and communicate with customers.
Handle cash and tips.
Use maps or GPS and order apps to navigate and follow instructions.
Maintain and use a reliable personal vehicle for frequent short trips.
