About The Position

Join the Domino's team as a Delivery Driver. Drivers earn a stated total of $20–$28 per hour from hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with a base pay of $10 per hour. No experience is needed, and paid training is provided. Tips and mileage are paid nightly at the end of each shift. The posting also offers paid time off for every employee and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days. Drivers typically make 3–4 deliveries per hour, with little downtime. Full-time drivers must be available nights and weekends.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
At least two years of licensed driving history.
Current, valid U.S. driver's license.
Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; no more than two moving violations in the past three years and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
Reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle suitable for frequent short trips, with current registration.
Current liability auto insurance with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to lift and carry 25–50 pounds repeatedly, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, bend, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in varying weather, including heat, rain, and cold.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
Ability to read maps or GPS and follow written and verbal instructions.
Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order apps.
Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for needed shifts, especially evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
