About The Position

MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC, a fast-growing medical device company and part of Marmon Holdings under Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a part-time Domestic Customer Service Representative. The role handles proactive and reactive activities involving domestic orders, repair and credit returns, new account setup, and a wide range of inquiries from customers and sales representatives. The representative is expected to provide exceptional customer service with strong follow-through and attention to detail. The role suits someone who can learn a large product portfolio and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of prior customer service experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask while staying focused under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a low error rating.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations.

Nice To Haves

• College experience or degree.
• Prior customer service experience in an active call center environment.
