About The Position

MicroAire Surgical Instruments, LLC., a fast-growing medical device company within Colson Medical and Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Domestic Customer Service Representative. This role handles proactive and reactive activities related to domestic orders, repair and credit returns, new account establishment, and a wide range of inquiries from customers and sales representatives. The representative is expected to provide exceptional customer service, follow-through, and attention to detail in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of prior customer service experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask while staying focused under pressure.
• Detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain a low error rating.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations.

Nice To Haves

• College experience or a degree.
• Customer service experience in an active call center environment.
