About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an airport location in Jackson, Mississippi. This is an outdoor, hands-on, multi-function role supporting customers throughout the rental and return process. Depending on the location, duties may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in returned vehicles. The representative provides professional, friendly service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive customer experience. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help people create positive experiences.
• Professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the role cannot be performed remotely.

• Six months of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
