PT Customer Service Representative
About The Position
National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at its Planet Fitness club in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role provides customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while helping deliver an exceptional Judgement Free fitness experience. The position starts at $11 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter, based on the employee’s anniversary date. Shift-differential pay is available for select shifts. Possible shifts are Monday through Thursday, 4:45 AM–9:00 AM or 5:00 PM–11:00 PM, and Friday through Sunday, 6:45 AM–1:00 PM or 1:00 PM–7:00 PM. Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.
- Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
- Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
- Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
- Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
- Help provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
