About The Position

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, serves more than one million members across 200+ clubs. The Customer Service Representative helps deliver an affordable, Judgement Free fitness experience by providing excellent service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role is part-time at the Mayfair club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Starting pay is $12 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months after the first year based on the employee’s anniversary date.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
