About The Position

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Planet Fitness club in Oxford, Pennsylvania. The role provides customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, helping create an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. The position includes hourly pay starting at an undisclosed rate, with increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date. Select shifts receive shift-differential pay.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
