About The Position

As a Document Scanner at Larry H Miller Hyundai, you will support the service department by scanning repair orders, invoices, and warranty claims; processing completed service work; and assisting customers by phone and in person. The role contributes to a positive customer and team-member experience and includes maintaining the customer waiting area and completing other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to provide great customer service and demonstrate strong phone skills.
• Ability to learn new software programs to input and retrieve information.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screens.

• Previous administrative work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scan repair orders, invoices, and warranty claims.
• Print estimates and invoices, and accept payment for completed service work.
• Record payments and close repair orders in the computer system.
• Calculate materials charges, repair charges, and taxes, and understand warranties.
• Answer incoming service calls as needed.
• Help maintain the appearance of the customer waiting area.
• Perform other duties as determined by management.
