About The Position

Manages the daily operations of a district to achieve sales, profit, customer satisfaction, and human resources objectives. Ensures objectives are achieved while operating within company guidelines and following ethical business practices. Oversees the overall operational practices of 5–7 Wendy’s locations, including staffing, full P&L, training, and development.

• Create and manage budgets.
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed according to company procedures and health regulations, and take corrective action when needed.
• Interview, hire, cross-train, and discipline general managers and staff as needed.
