About The Position

The Distribution Manager leads Viking Coca-Cola and VB route teams in St. Cloud, keeping routes efficient, safe, and customer-ready. The role coaches performance and ensures operating procedures are followed consistently to provide strong service at every stop.

The manager begins the day on-site reviewing routes and service issues, and spends two to three days each week in the field riding along with route teams. The role also includes reviewing P.R.I.D.E. inspection submissions, monitoring productivity and efficiency indicators, adjusting plans as needed, and coordinating training, vehicle needs, and route changes.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts.
• Valid Class C license and health card.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) under the Vehicle Safety Policy.
• Solid knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Maintain a Class A license.

Responsibilities

• Manage route efficiency.
