About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program. Based at a neighborhood branch in St. Cloud, Minnesota, the Management Trainee learns the business while serving customers and partners and supporting branch operations. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and guidance across customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees build community relationships and develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate business, and lead a team. The position is located at 3630 W Division St, St Cloud, MN 56301, and offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $54,329.24 with an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of experience in sales or customer service, such as commission sales, retail, restaurant or service work, or hospitality; or leadership experience through military service, athletics or team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on the driving record in the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
• At least 18 years old.
