About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Yuma and Yuma County market, including the greater Yuma area. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. Trainees begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, develop business, and lead a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position has a targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,000–$55,000 and an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least one year of cumulative experience in the last five years in sales (including commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality) or leadership within the military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record: no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

• Serve as a representative of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop operational expertise at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community to support business development.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Prioritize customer needs.
