About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. This role supports the Front Range market, including communities throughout Northern Colorado and Southeast Wyoming. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities across the market.

Management Trainees begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with guidance, mentoring, and support, trainees learn the skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community.

The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $55,624.40, based on an average 45-hour work week. Benefits include paid time off, insurance coverage, prescription coverage, employee discounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program within two semesters of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employer sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.

• Serve as a representative of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop operational expertise.
• Learn the skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community that support business development.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put customers first.
