About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the West Denver market, including Golden, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Evergreen, Jefferson County, and the western Denver metro area. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. Trainees begin working from a neighborhood branch and learn the business through a structured, hands-on program with training, development, mentoring, and support. The role combines customer-facing service with branch operations and community relationship-building. The program develops skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of preparing trainees to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $55,624.40 and an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with graduation expected within two semesters.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years, such as DUI/DWI.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
