About The Position

As Distribution Manager in St. Cloud, you will keep routes efficient, safe, and customer-ready while leading VCC and VB route teams. You will coach performance and maintain consistent operating procedures so customer stops meet company standards. The role is based on-site in St. Cloud and includes field ride-alongs two to three days per week. Daily work includes reviewing route status and service issues, checking PRIDE inspection submissions, monitoring productivity and efficiency indicators, and adjusting plans as needed. You will also coordinate training, vehicle needs, and route changes. Applicants must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic math skills for inventory counts.
Valid Class C driver's license and health card.
Satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) under the Vehicle Safety Policy.
Solid knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Maintain a Class A driver's license.

Responsibilities

Manage route efficiency and daily route execution.
Hire and train route, relief, and bulk drivers.
Conduct P.R.I.D.E. vehicle inspections and review inspection submissions.
Ensure planograms and brand order are followed.
Coordinate vehicle cleanliness and maintenance needs.
Monitor key productivity and efficiency indicators.
Enforce OSHA, federal, and company safety policies.
Lead and coach VCC and VB route teams.
Conduct field ride-alongs two to three days each week and address service issues.
Plan training touchpoints, vehicle needs, and route adjustments.
