About The Position

Viking Coca-Cola is hiring a full-time Blending Technician in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. The role supports beverage production by preparing batches and maintaining product quality through standard operating procedures and collaboration with Quality Assurance and Production teams. The technician operates high-capacity and automated equipment and helps ensure products and processes consistently meet specifications.

Requirements

Basic math skills and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to read and interpret instructions accurately.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage interruptions in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing work quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and respond efficiently to challenges.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Ability to adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

Responsibilities

Sanitize tanks, lines, and equipment.
Determine daily equipment and routing utilization.
Assemble batch ingredients and formulate batches.
Perform specification checks.
Maintain a sanitary work environment.
Ensure documentation is complete and in order.
Follow standard operating procedures and collaborate with Quality Assurance and Production teams.
