About The Position

Ensure the highest level of customer service at the assigned location by performing the Dispatcher Function. The role is based at the City of Riverside in Riverside, California, and is full-time, graveyard shift, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Pay is $20 per hour.

Requirements

• Superb customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, kneel, twist, push, and pull at a designated station for extended periods during scheduled working hours.
• Ability to pass an employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate the AVPM to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles.
• Communicate with customers and guests in a polite, upbeat, and friendly manner.
• Willingly assist guests and customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment for guests and customers; perform some light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain PCI's uniformed standards of appearance and grooming.
• Learn and comply with vehicle and passenger safety standards.
• Immediately report incidents, accidents, and unsafe situations to the Manager.
