About The Position

LOGE Crystal Mountain Slopeside is seeking a Dishwasher to help maintain clean, organized kitchen areas and support kitchen operations. The role also includes assisting guests and answering questions about property amenities, local recommendations, and things to do in the area. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on track during busy periods.
Ability to keep things neat and organized, with attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
The role involves frequent bending, reaching overhead, and squatting.
Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
Ability to push or pull objects weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance.
Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills, with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
Work environment noise is usually moderate and occasionally loud, typical of a restaurant setting.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of previous culinary team experience is preferred.
Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
Bus tables and help keep the kitchen stocked and ready for service.
Sweep, scrub, and mop floors.
Sanitize countertops, cooking surfaces, wash basins, and prep sinks.
Empty and clean trash containers and pick up litter around the property.
Take kitchen inventory and report low-stock produce and kitchen supplies to the Head Chef.
Report needed repairs.
Sort, wash, load, unload, and put away dishes in storage areas.
Take care of guests and help answer their questions.
Become familiar with property amenities, local recommendations, and nearby activities.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
