About The Position

LOGE Crystal Mountain Slopeside is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and guest service. The role focuses on maintaining clean, organized kitchen areas; washing and storing dishes; keeping kitchen supplies stocked; and helping guests with questions about property amenities and local activities. The position also includes other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on track when it gets busy.
Ability to keep things neat and organized, with attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
Frequent bending, reaching overhead, and squatting.
Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
Ability to push or pull objects weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance.
Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills, with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to work in a usually moderate and occasionally loud restaurant environment.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of previous culinary team experience.
Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
Bus tables and help keep the kitchen stocked and ready to go.
Sweep, scrub, and mop floors; sanitize countertops and cooking surfaces.
Wipe down and sanitize wash basins and prep sinks.
Empty and clean trash containers and pick up litter around the property.
Take kitchen inventory and report low-stock produce and kitchen supplies to the Head Chef.
Report any needed repairs.
Sort, wash, load, and unload dishes, then put them away in storage areas.
Take care of guests and help answer their questions.
Be familiar with property amenities, local recommendations, and things to do in the area.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
