About The Position

Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern is seeking a Dishwasher. The role supports genuine hospitality and guest satisfaction by communicating with managers, servers, and hosts and assisting associates with their duties. The Dishwasher is expected to follow service procedures, contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, and help create a satisfying experience for guests and other stakeholders. The position requires maintaining personal hygiene and a clean uniform, arriving on time, responding to guest questions and requests, cooperating with coworkers and management, following safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, reporting unsafe conditions, using materials and equipment properly, and knowing restaurant emergency procedures. Associates must also maintain knowledge of and perform duties according to the associate handbook and restaurant standards.

Responsibilities

Report to work on time according to the work schedule and maintain a clean uniform that meets restaurant requirements.
Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness during work shifts.
Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and coworkers and assist them with duties as needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive manner.
Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
Perform duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures in the associate handbook.
