About The Position

RUSTY BUCKET RESTAURANT AND TAVERN is seeking a dishwasher to help deliver genuine hospitality to associates, guests, purveyors, partners, and the communities it serves. The role involves communicating with managers, servers, and hosts and assisting with their duties, while contributing to guest satisfaction through service competence and a willingness to help the team. The dishwasher is expected to exemplify hospitality standards, maintain personal hygiene and a clean uniform, follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, use materials and equipment properly, and know the restaurant’s emergency procedures. Starting pay is $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

Report to work on time according to the work schedule.
Meet restaurant uniform requirements and keep the uniform maintained and clean.
Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness throughout work shifts.
Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and coworkers and assist others with duties as needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know restaurant emergency procedures.
Perform assigned duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures in the associate handbook.
