About The Position

RUSTY BUCKET RESTAURANT AND TAVERN is hiring a Server to provide hospitable, proficient service in a fun, fast, friendly neighborhood tavern. Servers are expected to make guests and fellow associates feel valued by maintaining thorough knowledge of food, wine, and liquor and following established service procedures. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, creativity, teamwork, kindness, and a guest-satisfaction-first approach. The position includes a minimum wage plus tips. Responsibilities

Report to work on time according to the work schedule and maintain a clean uniform and good personal hygiene.
Provide hospitality in accordance with restaurant standards and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and coworkers and assist with others’ duties when needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know the restaurant’s emergency procedures.
Perform assigned duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures in the associate handbook.
Maintain thorough product knowledge of food, wine, and liquor and proficiency in service procedures.
