DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Unidine is hiring full-time Dishwashers at Revel Lodi in Lodi, California. The role maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. No prior experience is required; training is available. Days and hours may vary, with schedule details provided during the interview. The position offers a pay range of $17.50 to $18.00 per hour and no late nights. Dishwashers clean dishes by hand or using dishwashing equipment, wash cookware and trays, and polish silver according to assigned procedures. They maintain sanitary work areas and equipment, follow safety procedures, monitor temperatures and chemical levels, clean kitchen surfaces and floors, handle trash, and move or load supplies and products. Requirements
- No prior experience is required; willing to train.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, then wash them by hand or place them in racks or on a conveyor for the dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures and ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
- Polish silver using assigned equipment and procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Comply with outlined safety procedures.
- Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
- Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Help load and unload supplies and product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
