DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Dishwasher in Seattle, Washington. The position maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. Duties include cleaning dishes by hand or machine, washing cookware and trays, polishing silver, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, monitoring temperatures and chemical levels, cleaning floors and food-preparation surfaces, removing and cleaning trash containers, and moving or loading supplies and products. Days and hours may vary; schedule details are provided during the interview. Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or load them into racks or a conveyor dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
- Polish silver using the assigned equipment and procedures, including a burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth.
- Follow established safety procedures.
- Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
- Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food-preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash to designated containers and steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Help load and unload supplies and products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
