DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Dishwasher in Seattle, Washington. The position maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. The schedule is full time, with days varying and hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; further schedule details are provided during the interview. Experience is preferred. The pay range is $22.75 to $25.00 per hour. The role involves washing dishes and cookware by hand or using dishwashing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, maintaining safe and orderly dish areas, and assisting with cleaning, waste removal, and moving supplies. This position is located at 2121 7th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121.

Responsibilities
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, then wash them by hand or place them in racks or on a conveyor to a dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures and ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
- Polish silver using the assigned equipment and procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Follow outlined safety procedures.
- Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
- Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash, place it in designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Help load and unload supplies and product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
