About The Position

The Dishwasher maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. This is a full-time position at Capital One LAS in Las Vegas, Nevada. The schedule is full-time, with days and hours varying based on business needs; further details are provided during the interview. The fixed pay rate is $19.32 per hour. Previous SNHD and Food Handler's certificates are preferred. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service are available at select locations.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, then wash them by hand or load them into racks or a dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures and ensure they are clean and sanitary.
• Polish silver using assigned equipment and procedures, such as a burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth.
• Follow outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food-preparation surfaces.
• Remove trash to designated containers and steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
