DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Dishwasher at Compass Group P&G in Mason, Ohio. The role maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. No experience is necessary; training is available. The position pays $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary; additional details are provided upon interview. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the openings are filled. The position involves washing dishes and kitchenware by hand or machine, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, following safety procedures, monitoring temperatures and chemical levels, and keeping dish and kitchen areas clean. It also includes cleaning surfaces and floors, handling trash, and moving or loading supplies and products. Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, then wash them by hand or load them into a dishwashing machine as assigned.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures and ensure they are clean and sanitary.
- Polish silver using assigned equipment and procedures.
- Follow established safety procedures.
- Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
- Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food-preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash to designated containers and steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Help load and unload supplies and product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
