About The Position

The Dishwasher helps keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; maintaining organized work areas; and supporting food preparation and deliveries as needed. The role helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by following food safety standards, assisting with kitchen cleaning tasks, and working closely with the dining team. The successful candidate is dependable, positive, and committed to supporting Frasier’s mission of serving residents with care and excellence. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Pay is $18.40–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable background and drug screening. Frasier maintains a drug-, alcohol-, and smoke-free workplace and participates in E-Verify.

Requirements

Knowledge of basic food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices.
Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean, efficient work area.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
Willingness to assist with dishwashing, stocking, cleaning, and basic food preparation tasks.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work independently.
Successful completion of required background and health screenings.
Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced setting, stay focused under pressure, communicate effectively, collaborate with teammates, take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a respectful, resident-focused workplace.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a kitchen, food service, or similar environment is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
