About The Position

Shaner Hotels is hiring a Dishwasher at the Buffalo Marriott LECOM HARBORCENTER. Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine according to hotel specifications and standards to wash designated restaurant and kitchen wares.
• Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Clean and maintain dishwashing equipment and designated areas.
• Follow state sanitation and health regulations and hotel requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of the proper maintenance and use of equipment; use tools and equipment as intended and safely.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals for designated items in accordance with OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
