About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Dishwasher at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, Arkansas. The position pays $15–$17 per hour and is scheduled Mondays and Sundays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The role helps keep the kitchen clean and orderly and supports coworkers with dishwashing, food preparation, bussing tables, and running food as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency to communicate with residents.
Must have a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Keep the kitchen clean and orderly.
Operate the dish machine as requested.
Assist with food preparation as needed.
Bus tables and run food as needed.
Be flexible and assist coworkers.
