About The Position

Berkeley Square, a long-term care community in Hamilton, Ohio, is seeking a Dishwasher to support a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen and help the culinary team deliver high-quality meals to residents. The role involves consistently and promptly cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas; assisting with serving as needed; and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. The Dishwasher works closely with the Chef and culinary team to keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running efficiently. Pay starts at $14 per hour, based on experience. Weekday and weekend availability is needed, with AM and PM shifts.

Requirements

• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Willingness to assist with serving residents as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least 18 years of age or a high school graduate.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
