About The Position
Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Dishwasher at Elliott Bay Culinary in Seattle, Washington. The role maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM; additional details are provided during the interview. The fixed pay rate is $22.00 per hour. Previous dishwashing experience is required.
Requirements

- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, then wash them by hand or load them into racks or a dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Polish silver using the assigned equipment and procedures, such as a burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth.
- Follow outlined safety procedures.
- Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
- Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash to designated containers and steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Help load and unload supplies and product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
