About The Position
Lolo's is hiring a part-time Dishwasher/Steward to wash and sanitize kitchenware and equipment, maintain clean kitchen and banquet areas, remove trash, and assist with cleaning and banquet setup and breakdown. The role also supports culinary and service teams during busy periods and follows food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dish area, storage areas, and banquet spaces.
- Remove trash and assist with daily and deep cleaning tasks.
- Support banquet setup and breakdown as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist the culinary and service teams during busy periods.
